What Do I Put in My Bullet Journal?

After you have made your bullet journal, you may wonder, "What do I put in this?" I can help answer this question, just continue reading. There are so many different types of spreads, like weekly spreads, yearly spreads, chore charts, habit trackers, just to name a few. Down below I am going to show you different types of spreads and how to use them.

Weekly Spreads:

These spreads are probably the most used in my bullet journal. This layout allows you to view all your tasks and events for the week. Depending on how you organize it, you can have space for all seven days of the week and a box for next week. They can be decorated to look super cute making it fun to complete tasks.

Yearly Spreads:

This spread is used to show the entire year and any main events that you want to remember each month. Also great to put people's birthdays. This part of your bullet journal can work similarly to a calendar. The yearly spread may also be called a future log.

Monthly Log:

These spreads are super handy when coming to planning out events during the month. You can write notes for the month, and make note of all tasks due and events.

Habit Tracker:

The habit tracker spread is used to help develop good habits like staying organized, keeping clean, and staying fit. This spread normally consists of some sort of graph where you can graph your practice of each habit.

Wishlists/ Shopping Lists:

These spreads are very self-explanitory. They are just pages where you can write all the stuff you want or need to get.

Since bullet journals are very personalized anyone can come up with a spread that they want to use or have in their bullet journal. In this post I just named a few ideas but you can go other places to find inspiration for your own spreads. That is the amazing thing that I love about bullet journaling.
